To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and photos of the issue so our support team can quickly arrange a replacement or refund.
If your diamond painting kit is missing any diamonds, simply contact us and we will send replacement diamonds free of charge.

We cannot accept returns for items that have been used or partially completed.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
